How do I create an account?
Download Blentalk from the App Store or Google Play, open the app, and follow the on-screen steps to verify your phone number and create your profile.
Is Blentalk free to use?
Blentalk is free to download and use for standard messaging and calling features. Carrier data charges may apply depending on your mobile plan.
Messaging
How do I start a group chat?
Tap the New Chat icon, select New Group, choose contacts, and tap Create.
Can I unsend a message?
You may remove a message using Delete for Everyone within the available time window shown in the app.
Calls
How do I make a video call?
Open a chat and tap the camera icon. Ensure microphone and camera permissions are enabled.
Are calls secure?
Voice and video calls are designed with encryption to help protect user privacy.
Account & Security
How do I log out?
Open settings and tap Log Out. Some data may remain on your device unless removed manually.
What happens if I lose my phone?
Log in on another device using your registered phone number or email. Enable two-step verification for added protection.
Troubleshooting
Why aren't my messages delivering?
Check your internet connection. Message delivery may also depend on recipient connectivity and service availability.
Notifications aren’t working
Check system notification settings and ensure Do Not Disturb or Focus mode is disabled.
